Honestly, I’ve built my entire journey here in Gurgaon — my jobs, my small venture, my mistakes, and everything I’m doing today.

Back in 2013, I began my career in Customer Relations at a startup, OneDirect — spending my days handling Aircel India and Dish TV complaints on social media. Then came Concentrix, at the peak of the Kindle + Alexa launch in India. And finally Zomato — where I handled everything from super-irate customers to VIP and blue-tick accounts, switching roles, solving chaos, and learning more about people than any textbook could teach. Those years didn’t just give me a job… They gave me patience, clarity, and serious business sense. Then came a chapter I never forget — my own venture. I invested my time, heart, and savings in it. And then the second wave of COVID hit… and everything I built came crashing down. Painful? Yes. A lesson? A big one. It taught me how to rebuild myself from scratch. And that’s exactly when real estate found me. It started so small — helping my PG owner get tenants. Then helping a few nearby homeowners. Then understanding coliving. Then exploring Airbnb. Then stepping into rental arbitrage because I always wanted rental income to be part of my life. One small step kept opening the door to another. And suddenly, this wasn’t accidental anymore — it was something I genuinely loved. I even started guiding others who wanted to begin their own real estate journeys, sharing whatever I’d learned the hard way. Today, this is my world: Helping people find rentals that don’t give them stress. Guiding families buying builder floors in Gurgaon. Sharing my knowledge so others skip the confusion I went through.
